Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekend and public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

If for any reason your order cannot be processed within 1-3 business days, we will notify you by email with an updated dispatch time. 

Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time. 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to: 

  • United Kingdom
  • European Union

We do not ship to other international destinations at this time. 

Shipping Within the United Kingdom

We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked services.

  • Free Tracked Shipping on all UK orders
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days

The specific Royal Mail tracked service used may vary depending on the order value and delivery requirements.

European Union Shipping

EU orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked services. 

  • Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days
  • All EU orders include full tracking

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including postal delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with tracking. 

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be added to your order and sent to the customer via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available. 

Customs, Duties & VAT (EU Orders)

EU orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at contact@isellavintage.com and we will investigate the issue with Royal Mail.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a full refund to the customer

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
