Refund policy

Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is found to be faulty, damaged, or, in very rare cases, proven not to be authentic. 

Please read the information below carefully before making a purchase. 

Returns & Refunds - Faulty or Damaged Items

We will accept a return and offer a refund only if:

  • The item arrives faulty or damaged, or
  • The item received is materially not as described

If this applies, please contact us at contact@isellavintage.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and advise on the next steps. 

Authenticity Guarantee 

All items sold by Isella Vintage are carefully curated and inspected for authenticity by a team of experts before being offered for sale. 

In the very rare instance that a customer believes an item to be not authentic, a refund will only be considered if the customer provides certification from a recognised third-party authenticator confirming that the item is not authentic. 

Once such certification has been reviewed and verified, a full refund will be issued. 

Non-Returnable Items

Except where required by law or outlined above, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing or fit
  • Wear or signs of use after delivery
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. 

However, this right does not apply if the item shows signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration after delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. 

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing at contact@isellavintage.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. 

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund. 

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed fault, damage, or error on our part.
